  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on all orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free delivery threshold.
  • Any additional charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Areas We Deliver To

We currently deliver across India, including metro cities, major towns, and selected rural/remote areas.

If your pin code is not serviceable, our Customer Care team will inform you and assist with alternatives.

Packaging & Handling

  • All shipments are carefully packed to ensure products reach you in perfect condition.
  • Live plants are packaged in protective, eco-friendly boxes to minimize transit stress.
  • Fragile items (like ceramic planters) are double-checked and secured with protective wrapping.

Delays & Exceptions

  • In case of delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events, Future Roots Store will not be held responsible.
  • We will, however, do our best to keep you informed and updated until your order reaches you.

Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link to monitor your order status online.
  • For assistance, you may also contact our support team with your order number.

International Shipping

Currently, Future Roots Store does not ship outside India. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding soon!
